These terms apply to all travel planning services provided by Stamped Passports & Destinations. Please read them before submitting a travel request or confirming a booking.

We are Stamped Passports & Destinations, and we're excited to help you with your travel needs. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Stamped Passports & Destinations, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

All quotes are based on current taxes and fees. Government-imposed charges may change prior to final payment.

Cancellation penalties and refund policies vary by supplier and will apply.

If a payment plan is used, final payment deadlines must be met to avoid cancellation or loss of deposit.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes or cancellations.

Pricing and Availability

Travel pricing — including flights, hotels, cruises, resort packages, and excursions — is not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment has been processed with the supplier. Prices can change daily or multiple times within a single day.

Any quote or itinerary provided by Stamped Passports & Destinations reflects pricing available at the time of research. That pricing is not locked in until the booking is secured. Stamped Passports & Destinations is not responsible for price increases that occur between the time a quote is provided and the time you approve and submit payment.

Acting promptly after reviewing and approving a quote is the best way to protect your pricing and availability.

Deposits and Payment

Many travel bookings require a deposit to secure pricing and availability. The deposit amount, due date, and final payment deadline vary by supplier, trip type, and travel dates. These details will be clearly communicated before any payment is requested.

Some trips may qualify for payment plans or installment options depending on the supplier and booking timeline. Payment plan availability is not guaranteed for every trip and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

All payments are processed directly through the applicable supplier or booking platform. Stamped Passports & Destinations does not collect or hold client funds.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier, travel product, and how far in advance the cancellation is made. Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Others may allow partial refunds or travel credits depending on timing.

Cancellation terms for your specific booking will be disclosed before your trip is finalized. Once a booking is confirmed, you are subject to the supplier's cancellation and refund policy.

Stamped Passports & Destinations will assist you in understanding your options and communicating with the supplier, but cannot override supplier cancellation policies or guarantee refunds.

Name Accuracy and Travel Documents

All traveler names on bookings must exactly match the government-issued ID or passport that will be used at check-in or departure. It is your responsibility to provide accurate name information when submitting your travel request.

Name correction fees, rebooking costs, or denied boarding resulting from inaccurate name information are the responsibility of the traveler.

You are responsible for ensuring that your passport, visa, and any required travel documents are valid, current, and meet the entry requirements for your destination. Passport validity requirements vary — many countries require at least six months of validity beyond your return date. Stamped Passports & Destinations will provide general guidance, but it is your responsibility to verify requirements with the appropriate embassy, consulate, or government authority.

Travel Protection

Stamped Passports & Destinations strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance for every trip. Travel protection can cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, travel delays, and other unexpected events that may occur before or during your trip.

Travel insurance is available through various suppliers and can often be added at the time of booking. Coverage terms, exclusions, and costs vary by policy. Declining travel insurance is your decision, but doing so means you assume full financial risk for circumstances outside your control.

Changes to Your Trip

If you need to change your travel dates, destinations, travelers, or other booking details after a trip has been confirmed, Stamped Passports & Destinations will work with the supplier on your behalf to request the change. Change fees and fare differences are determined by the supplier and are the responsibility of the traveler.

Not all bookings can be modified after confirmation. Change eligibility will depend on the supplier's policy and the type of booking involved.

Supplier Responsibility

Stamped Passports & Destinations acts as an independent travel advisor and is not the supplier of any travel services. Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, and other travel providers are independent companies responsible for delivering the services you purchase.

Stamped Passports & Destinations is not liable for service failures, disruptions, cancellations, overbookings, delays, property conditions, or any other issues caused by a supplier. In the event of a supplier issue, Stamped Passports & Destinations will assist you in communicating with the supplier and pursuing available remedies, but cannot guarantee outcomes.

Force Majeure and Travel Disruptions

Events beyond anyone's control — including weather emergencies, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, or airline operational issues — may affect your ability to travel as planned. Stamped Passports & Destinations is not responsible for costs, losses, or disruptions caused by force majeure events.

In the event of a major disruption, Stamped Passports & Destinations will assist you in understanding your options and communicating with suppliers, subject to supplier policies and availability.

Communication and Response Times

Stamped Passports & Destinations is a one-person independent travel advisory business. Every client is worked with personally and directly. Response times are generally within one to two business days. During high-volume periods, response time may be slightly longer.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a travel request or proceeding with a booking through Stamped Passports & Destinations, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms. These terms apply to all travel planning services provided by Stamped Passports & Destinations.
