Share your destination, dates, budget, number of travelers, travel style, and what you want included in the trip. The more detail you provide — preferred departure city, must-have activities, accommodation preferences, dietary needs, mobility requirements — the better positioned I am to research the right options for you.

Once your request is submitted, I review every detail carefully. I look at your destination goals, travel window, party size, and budget to understand the full scope of what you are planning. If anything is unclear or if I need more information before beginning research, I will follow up with you directly.

This is where the research happens. I compare available flights, lodging options, ground transportation, excursions, activities, and supplier packages. I use my access to supplier tools and advisor resources through InteleTravel to find options that match your goals, travel style, and budget.

Tip: Travel pricing changes daily — once I find the right options, I reach out promptly so nothing shifts before we move.

You receive your travel options to review at your own pace. I am available to answer questions, explain the differences between options, and make adjustments based on your feedback. This is a collaborative step — you are not locked in until you approve and we move forward together.

Once you have reviewed and approved the travel options, we move forward with payment, booking confirmations, and any required deposits. I walk you through each step clearly — what is needed, when it is due, and what happens next. Many trips allow for deposit options or payment plans depending on the supplier and travel dates.

Before your trip, I make sure your itinerary, booking confirmations, reminders, and travel details are organized and easy to access. I help you understand what to expect at each step of the journey — check-in times, transportation pickups, excursion meeting points, and any destination-specific requirements.
