Information We Collect
When you submit a form on this website — including the contact form, the trip-ideas request, and the “What to Know Before You Go” guide request — we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, destination, travel dates, number of travelers, approximate budget, and any details or messages you choose to share.
When you submit a travel request through our booking partner's form (TravelJoy), the information you enter is collected to prepare your quote and itinerary.
We also collect limited, standard analytics information automatically when you visit the site — such as pages viewed, general location, and the type of device and browser you use — through Google Analytics. This information is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and destination guides, and assist you with planning and booking your trip.
We may also use your contact information to send you future communications — such as trip ideas, travel offers, seasonal tips, and updates about our services. You may opt out of these communications at any time (see “Your Choices” below).
We use analytics information to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
We Do Not Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
The information you share with Stamped Passports & Destinations is used only to serve you and to operate our travel advisory business.
How We Share Information
We share your information only with the service providers and travel suppliers necessary to operate our business and fulfill your requests. These include our website and form host (Netlify), analytics provider (Google Analytics), email delivery provider (Resend), our travel request platform (TravelJoy), and the host travel agency and travel suppliers (such as InteleTravel, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators) needed to research and book the travel you request.
These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, our business, or others.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, which places cookies on your device to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We do not use your browsing data to build advertising profiles or to sell to third parties.
Your Choices and Rights
You may opt out of marketing or promotional communications at any time by replying to ask us to stop, or by emailing info@stampedpassports.com. We will still send communications necessary to service an active travel request or booking.
You may request to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@stampedpassports.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Data Retention and Security
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at stampedpassports.com/privacy, with the effective date shown below.
